JumpOff.TV looking for a Camera Operator/Editor

With offices in London and New York, and with productions online, on ComCast in US and Sky in UK, in under 5 years Jump Off TV has grown from a weekly Live Event(The Jump Off) to one of the biggest independent Hip Hop Entertainment companies in the world.
We are now looking to expand in London, New York and LA and are currently looking for two versatile Editor/Camera Ops to join the dynamic team in London.
Are you passionate about Hip Hop Music Videos, filming and the new digital video world?
Can you follow direction and stay creative?
Can you hold your own when hustling for that perfect shot?
Do you know a great punchline from a whack one?
Can you watch clips of dance battles and pick a track from the library of Hip Hop in your head?
Do you analyse video edits while others are just enjoying them?
Have you got a great eye for detail and another one for editing?
Well, this could be the perfect opportunity for you as you will hit the ground running. Why be a runner/substitute when you can learn your skills in the field?
We are looking for two young, aspiring individuals to join the Full Time team immediately.
Tasks will include:
Filming on location and in studio: interviews, events, documentaries, music videos, shows
Editing on Final Cut Pro 2 suites.
You should either be working freelance already or be a seriously hungry junior. A determined attitude, fiery passion and desire to be the best are extremely important.
You will be required to do a 2 week trial on experience which will turn into a fully paid position if you prove that this position was made for you! Imagine, being one of the few people in UK who make a living from Hip Hop!
The position is based in Old Street, London. Salary offered to successful candidate will be based on experience.
This will require a change in lifestyle. If you think life is 9-5 with an hour for lunch, a few fag breaks, taking pens from stationary and alt+tab'in to Facebook/MySpace all day PLEASE don't waste your time here.
